BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY INFO
Orders placed after 12noon Thursday 28th March will not ship until Wednesday 3rd April.
This includes Express Delivery orders.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY NOTICE
Pre-Christmas Shipping closes 2pm Saturday 21st December
Orders placed after 2pm Monday 23rd until midnight 27th December will not ship until Monday 30th December.
This includes Express Delivery orders.

Royal Mail and other carriers report continued delays to post services after Friday's storm.
Some postal areas may be more delayed than others.
UNITED KINGDOM & IRELAND
This means any address with a valid UK or IE postcode including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail and will typically take 1-3 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £4.95 regardless of the value or number of items ordered. All orders are dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage.

UK Expedited deliveries are available Monday to Friday at a cost of £8.95 if ordered before 2 pm.
UK Expedited are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. 99% of these deliveries arrive the next working day before 1 pm.
Goods ordered between Friday after 2 pm and Sunday will be shipped the next UK working day, usually a Monday (this excludes Public/Bank Holidays).
Our standard overseas delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service or another courier ie: DPD or FedEx and may take up to 7 working days.

There are no additional tariffs, duties, customs checks or paperwork required for orders to the Republic of Ireland or Europe.
